To enable Single Sign-On (SSO) for the VisitorJourney application, follow these steps:

1. Create a new OAuth Client
   • Navigate to Admin → Integrations → OAuth.
   • Click Add Client.
   • Enter a client name. We recommend using the default prefix TrueEngage_, for example: TrueEngage_AppClient.
   • Select Grant Type: Token Implicit Grant (Browser).
   • Click Next.

1. Configure redirect URIs

   • In the Authorized redirect URIs field, add the following URL:

     <https://visitorjourneyweb.trueengage.com>
     

2. Set scope

   • Under Scope, select:

     user-basic-info
     

   

3. Save the configuration

   • Click Save and then Finish.

4. Share the Client ID with us

   • After completing the setup, please send us the Client ID via the Support Portal as new case
