After clicking on Add Widget or Duplicating a previously existing widget you go through the widget building wizard with the following sections Appearance → Engagement →Targeting → Routing.
This should be straightforward and intuitive but just in case the process is described below.
We start creating a widget by giving it a name, optionally a description and selecting the widget language.
<aside> 💡 If your language is not available don’t worry - you can edit any text in the widget in the Copywriting section.

Then we can move straight to the Appearance section → Widget style and Channels, where we decide which channels we want to have in our widget
<aside> 💡 If you are building a single channel widget in additional settings you can choose whether the widget opens directly to the channel or shows the widget widget main view.

In Design Choose a basic for your widget. To give it a consistent look an algorithm will propose the remaining colours which are gradients of that color. In the color edit, you can customize the colors of the widget or its individual elements for the desktop/mobile version
Choose one of the icons or upload your own - like your logo, any picture you want. This icon appears in the widget button
Additionally, we can choose 3 of available avatars or upload your own. They are displayed in the main view with channels and in specific channels.
