Trueengage supports Messenger, enabling customers to communicate conveniently and effectively. All customer messages are automatically routed to the queue you set up in your Genesys Cloud organization. This means that you won’t miss any messages or customer inquiries. You can connect multiple Facebook pages to your TrueEngage account and decide in the panel which widget and account should be handled.
If you already have the Messenger chat plugin configured on your fanpage, you can skip to the next section - I already have the chat plugin configured. If not, follow these steps:
Step 1. Go to Meta Bussines Suite from your fanpage
Step 2. Next click on Inbox
Step 3.
Go to Settings and click on View all settings
