As part of our product unification initiative, customers using the TrueEngage SingleChannel license need to switch to the TrueEngage Omnichannel license. Please follow the steps below to complete this transition:


Step 1: Cancel the Current Subscription

  1. Log in to your Genesys Cloud environment.

  2. Navigate to AdminAccount SettingsSubscription.

  3. In the subscription list, locate the entry called:

    TrueEngage Any-Channel Web Contact Widgets.

  4. Click Cancel on the right-hand side of that entry.

  5. Note: The cancellation may take a few minutes to process.


Step 2: Install the Omnichannel Version from AppFoundry

  1. Open the following link in your browser:

    TrueEngage Omnichannel - AppFoundry Listing

  2. Click Install to begin installation.

  3. Once the installation is complete, do not run the configuration wizard. You may close the AppFoundry window at this point.
