Data Center and Infrastructure

TrueEngage's infrastructure is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the West Europe region. By default our data is processed exclusively within the European Union, ensuring compliance with EU data protection regulations. On customer request we can configure data storage in the US region.

Azure provides state-of-the-art physical security and environmental controls, ensuring our data centers are protected against unauthorised access and natural disasters.

In addition to our primary infrastructure, we utilize Edgio as our Content Delivery Network (CDN). This global network of servers helps distribute our content and applications closer to end-users, resulting in faster load times and improved performance.

Data Security Measures

We implement multiple layers of security to protect your data:

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between our servers and clients is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Our API endpoints are tested in SSL Labs and have achieved an A+ score, ensuring the highest level of security.
• Encryption at rest: All stored data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
• Regular security audits and penetration testing to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
• Strict access controls: Only authorized personnel have access to production systems, and all access is logged and monitored.

Technical Controls

Our technical controls include:

• Firewalls and intrusion detection systems to monitor and protect against malicious activities.
• Regular system updates and patch management to address security vulnerabilities.
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all employee accounts with access to production systems.
• Continuous monitoring and logging of all system activities for quick detection and response to potential security incidents.
