Building widgets is easy with TrueEngage intuitive panel. In just a moment, you can see how the widget will look on your website.

Simply follow these instructions:
- Click on Create new widget button
- You are moved to General section where you name your widget, add a description, and pick the language. Keep track of changes with the interactive widget preview located on the right side.
- In Appearance → Widget Style and Channels just activate the channels you want. Instructions how to configure the channels can be found here
- Move on to Design where you can:
- Change the colors of your widget for desktop and mobile
- Pick an icon for your widget button or upload your own
- Add consultant avatars or use your own. They'll be displayed in the main view and in individual open channels
- Choose whether your widget should be positioned on the right or left side of the page. If there are any conflicts with other elements on your site, you can freely adjust its placement using our custom option.
Once you're done, save changes and check out your widget on the test page to see how it looks with your chosen channels. It's that simple!
