The free trial lasts from the moment subscription from AppFoundry until the end of that Genesys Billing Cycle.
After free trial ends, you'll be automatically billed at the "No Commitment, Monthly Payment" subscription rate. To change your subscription type and lower your pricing, you have two options:
Option 1: Switch to Direct Payments in your Management Panel and choose the number of Widget Packages and Annual Pre-Pay subscription type.
Option 2: Contact your Genesys Partner or Genesys Account Manager and request to purchase:

Based on your commitment of Billing Units, you have an allowance of widgets that can be simultaneously created in the management panel during a monthly billing cycle.
<aside> It doesn't matter whether a widget is used in production. What matters is that it's created and saved in the management panel.

<aside> One widget can appear on any number of websites, including completely different domains. This doesn't affect billing in any way.

Based on your commitment of Billing Units, you have an allowance of Interaction Credits in a monthly billing cycle. Interaction Credits are consumed when a Website Visitor starts an interaction, the number of Interaction Credits used depends on the contact channel:

Each Billing Unit gives you the ability to create up to 1 widgets and gives you 10,000 Interaction Credits
<aside> So for 3 Billing Units, you'll be able to create up to 3 widgets and will get 30,000 Interaction Credits.

Billing Unit price depends on the subscription type:

Using the above example if you commit to 3 Billing Units you can have up to 3 widgets created at any moment in the billing cycle and use up a total of 30 000 Interaction Credits.
There will be an overage charge if
OR
b. in a given billing cycle, started interactions by your website visitors use up more than 30,000 Interaction Credits (see table)
The cost of the overage will be equal to 1 Billing Unit charged at No Commitment, Monthly Payment price.

AI-driven engagement is currently free of charge but we do reserve the right to introduce charges with a 3 month notice.
By default, you'll be billed and invoiced by Genesys or a Genesys Partner, and your TrueEngage subscription will appear on your standard Genesys Invoice.
You have the option in your management panel to switch to Direct Payments. In that case, you'll be billed by TrueEngage, with all invoices available in our management panel.
